Orders & Processing

  1. How do I place an order? You can place an order directly through our website. For custom items, please make sure to upload or send the correct design details, names, colors, sizes, and other instructions before checkout.
  2. How long is the processing time? Processing time is usually 7–10 business days after payment and final design approval. Bulk orders, custom designs, and peak-season orders may take longer.
  3. Do you accept rush orders? Rush orders may be accepted depending on our current production queue. Please message us first before placing a rush order. For rush orders, full payment may be required before we start production.
  4. Can I change my order after placing it? Changes may still be accepted before production starts. Once your order has been approved and production has started, we can no longer make changes.

 

Custom Designs

  1. Can I request a custom design? Yes! We accept custom designs for selected products such as stickers, decals, memo pads, notebooks, tote bags, labels, and other printed items.
  2. What details should I provide for custom orders? Please provide complete details such as size, quantity, colors, names, spelling, preferred layout, and any reference files or pegs. This helps us avoid delays and revisions.
  3. Will you send a proof before printing? Yes. For custom orders, we will send a digital proof or layout for approval before production.
  4. What happens if I don’t reply to the design approval? If we don’t receive feedback within 48 hours, we may proceed with the latest approved or submitted details to avoid production delays.
  5. Who is responsible for checking spelling and details? Customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, dates, colors, and details before approval. Once approved and produced, we cannot reprint due to errors that were already included in the approved layout.

 

Payment

Do I need to pay before production?

Yes. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For some custom or bulk orders, we may require at least 50% down payment before layout and production.

Do you accept partial payment?

For selected bulk or custom orders, we may accept partial payment. The balance must be settled before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options will be shown at checkout. For special payment arrangements, please message us before placing an order.


Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we can ship orders within the Philippines through available courier options.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the courier and delivery location. Please allow extra time for courier delays, especially during holidays, sales, and bad weather.

When should I order if I need the item for an event?

We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow enough time for design approval, production, and delivery.

Can I book my own courier?

Yes, customer-booked courier pickup may be allowed after full payment and once the order is ready for release.

Are you responsible for courier delays?

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery time is already outside our control. We will help provide tracking details when available.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may only be accepted before production starts. Once materials have been prepared or production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please send clear photos and a video of the item and packaging upon receipt. We will review the concern and assist accordingly.

What if there is a mistake in my order?

If the mistake is due to our production error, we will help fix it. If the mistake was included in the approved layout or submitted details, reprinting may require a new order or additional fee.


Product-Specific Questions

Do you make stickers?

Yes! We make different kinds of stickers, including matte, glossy, glitter, holographic, and other specialty finishes depending on availability.

Do you make waterproof stickers?

Some sticker materials are water-resistant, but not all are fully waterproof. Please check the product description or message us if you need stickers for tumblers, packaging, outdoor use, or other special applications.

Do you make vinyl decals?

Yes. Vinyl decals are available for selected designs and sizes. Pricing depends on size, material, and complexity.

Do you offer memo pads and notebooks?

Yes! We offer ready-made and custom memo pads, notebooks, trackers, planners, and themed stationery items.

Do you offer laser engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving for selected items such as pens and other compatible materials. Engraving availability depends on the item material, size, and design.

Do you offer 3D printed items?

Yes! We offer selected 3D printed items. Availability may vary depending on production time, filament color, and machine schedule.


Bulk Orders & Events

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, bulk orders are welcome. Processing time and pricing will depend on the product, quantity, design complexity, and deadline.

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, selected products may have bulk pricing or discounts. Please message us with the item, quantity, and deadline so we can provide a quotation.

Can I order for birthdays, corporate events, schools, or giveaways?

Yes! We can make custom items for birthdays, corporate events, school activities, giveaways, bazaars, and special occasions.

Can you help me choose products for an event?

Yes. You may message us with your theme, budget, quantity, and deadline so we can suggest suitable items.


Important Reminders

Why does production take several days?

Most of our items are made-to-order and may go through layout, printing, cutting, drying, checking, packing, and finishing. We want your order to be cute, clean, and properly made—not rushed and chaotic. 😅

Can colors look different in actual print?

Yes. Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, printer settings, material finish, and lighting.

Can I request the exact same color I see on my screen?

We will do our best to match your preferred color, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific print sample or color reference is provided.

Where can I message you for concerns?

You may contact us through our official social media pages, Messenger, Viber, or email. Please include your order number or name used in the order so we can check faster.
