- General Information
Crafts by the Soler System (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a Philippine-based brand offering handmade and custom-designed products such as stickers, washi tapes, tote bags, mugs, pouches, stationery, and other personalized items.
All products are designed, printed, and crafted in-house unless stated otherwise. - Orders and Customization
Custom orders must include complete details, references, or layout files before production begins.
Processing time for standard orders is 7–10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Bulk or wholesale orders may require additional production time and will be discussed with the customer beforehand.
Once a layout or design is approved, any further revisions may incur additional fees. - Payments
We currently accept payments through:
GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer (BPI or EastWest Bank)
Full payment is required before production or shipment. We do not accept credit/debit card payments or Shopee checkout at this time. - Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide within the Philippines via LBC or GoGo Express.
Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Once a package has been handed to the courier, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses beyond our control.
Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped. - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We take pride in ensuring the quality of every item we make. However, returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, with supporting photos or videos.
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation. - Product Care and Variations
Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, printing, or material differences.
Handmade items may have small imperfections that do not affect their functionality or overall quality. - Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photos, and content featured on this website are the property of Crafts by the Soler System.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.
Custom designs made for clients may not be resold or altered without our permission. - Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, courier mishandling, or third-party delays.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of our service policy. - Governing Law
